We ask only what we need to answer you well. You choose what to share in free-text fields.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

Respond to inquiries about Toddler, Early Childhood, Kindergarten, Elementary, Enrichment, and Summer programs
Schedule and confirm campus visits
Follow up by email, phone, or text when you have asked us to
Improve how the site and assistants answer common questions

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell your personal information.

Email and SMS

If you provide an email address or phone number and ask us to follow up, we may reply by email, call, or text about your inquiry or visit. Message frequency depends on your request (for example a visit confirmation and a reminder).

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text from us. You can opt out of marketing or bulk email by using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or by emailing us. Transactional messages about a visit you already requested may still be necessary until that visit is complete or cancelled.

Cookies and analytics

We keep cookies limited. We may use basic analytics cookies or similar tools to understand which pages parents visit most often (for example programs or admissions). We do not use advertising trackers that follow you across unrelated sites for sale of personal data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load, though some analytics will not.

How long we keep information

Inquiry and visit records stay with us long enough to serve your request and any enrollment process that follows. Chat transcripts and after-hours call recordings are retained only as long as needed for follow-up and quality. When we no longer need a record for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it under our normal office practices.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, forms, chat, voice, email, or SMS, and only as needed for those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of children, families, or staff on campus.

Children's privacy online

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Enrollment and classroom records for enrolled students are handled through school systems and enrollment paperwork, not through public website forms aimed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your choices

Security
